Member of the winning international team in the IFT “Don’t Spoil It!” digital hackathon on food waste. The team developed FoodyPal, a social-media-based application designed to create a culture of valuing food. The concept enables users to exchange excess food, recipes and food-saving ideas, while using artificial intelligence to track household food inventories, suggest suitable recipes and provide reminders before food spoils.
